amorgan320's Blog – Honeymoon Ideas

So, my fiancé and I have decided to go in another direction with our honeymoon, Skiing! We’ve talked about relaxing in the sun for 2 weeks but we usually get a bit bored after a while in the sun. The plan is to go skiing for a week in an unchosen location in Europe and then do 2 weeks of inter-railing around some of the local countries.

It’s a lot of travelling on planes and trains so I’m thinking about adding on matching fitted tracksuits to the list of wedding presents. with that I’ve decided to mention a few Idea’s for the honeymoon if you’re not one for the beach and skiing doesn’t sound appealing either.

US Road trip
We talked about this idea for a while but decided that it’s going to be more affordable to go skiing after the wedding. US road looks like one of the best experiences and you can choose from the West or East coast and there’s literally thousands of things to do on either coast. It’s a pricey holiday but if you want to tick off a lot of sites on one holiday it’ll be worth it!

Cruise
This is still a maybe for me and the hubby, the luxury lifestyle and sunshine daily whilst travelling to exotic locations and spending time in new cities. Travelling around Europe is still a maybe for us via cruise getting to go to Spain, Italy and Croatia is still tempting me away from skiing!

Australia
Financially, this was a good idea for me, I have family over there but I imagine most will want their own space on their honeymoon. Thinking about Australia made sense though, sunshine, beaches and amazing night/ city life to experience.
