This ‘Traveller’s Choice’ Winner for 2015 offers luxury in abundance. The gorgeous rooms on offer here are first rate, and offer a sense of privacy. There are private hot tubs and pools which make this perfect for vacationing couples who want some time to themselves for a little romance. Another ‘Traveller’s Choice’ for 2015, this family friendly all-inclusive resort is right on the Playa del Carmen beach, and has a lovely pool. Perfect for families who would like to rest and play on the sand and in the pool. This is thought of as one of the best all-inclusive resorts in Mexico. This is a quieter family place, so no loud nightlife, but excellent eateries and helpful staff make this a pleasant place to stay for relaxation with the kids.

Barceló Puerto Vallarta

This smaller resort could be a good option if you are looking for somewhere all-inclusive but quiet and relaxed. Nearby Puerto Vallarta is well worth a trip out of the resort itself, though you will not have to leave unless you want to, since there is the beach, pools, and activities right here, and plenty of good quality food.

Melia Cabo Real Beach and Golf Resort

This resort is a perfect place to appreciate the ocean, whether by swimming in the calm waters, chilling out in your ocean view room, or lounging on the perfect sands. Between February and May, you may even be lucky enough to see whales off shore, so bring a pair of binoculars. This is a safe and clean resort and the vibe is relaxed and friendly.

Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach

The beach here at this all-inclusive resort is the main draw – a long stretch of sand beside calm waters that are perfect for snorkelling, and you can sit beneath a thatched parasol to have a drink, watch the whales and the diving pelicans, or do a spot of people watching. The food is said to be excellent, with a good choice of restaurants. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are attentive.

For a family vacation with lots going on to entertain those of all ages, this cheerful resort hotel is well situated for beach, golf course, tennis, shopping and much more. The rooms, though quite old, are neat and spacious. Though built in the early 1970s, this resort is a classic to which many people return time and time again.

Capella Pedregal, Los Cabos

Another ‘Traveller’s Choice’ this could be a great resort to choose for a honeymoon or romantic break, though is also a lovely place for families with young children. Driving through the tunnel in the rock to arrive here, you may wonder if you have stumbled upon some secret paradise. But this resort is far from cut off. It is within walking distance of the shops and marina. The ocean views are wonderful and again there is whale watching if you come at the right time of year. The attentiveness of the staff is beyond compare.

Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Resort and Spa

Just a couple of miles outside Cabo, but this could be a different world. This calm and tranquil resort is perfect if you are looking for a proper break and a bit of R&R. The spa-like atmosphere or relaxation throughout this little luxury resort is what makes it a bit special. Ocean views are to be had from all the rooms, and the pool is large and its temperature well regulated.

St. Regis Punta de Mita Resort

Last but not least comes this ‘Traveller’s Choice’ luxury resort hotel in Punta de Mita. Repose and recreate in five-star luxury at this lovely hotel, with a pretty beach, activities galore, and the chance to unwind from it all as attentive, caring staff take care of your every need. Why not go for a relaxing spa day? Or if you are feeling more active and in the mood to burn off some of those extra vacation pounds, try paddle-boarding, or one of the other beach activities.

These are in no particular order, since each has a lot to offer the tourist in search of all-inclusive luxury. All but the most picky and demanding will find a lot to love at any of these tropical idylls on the Mexican coast. These are also just some of the many, many resorts and all-inclusive hotels that await you when you travel to Mexico. So why not look at the reviews for yourself, and decide which resort is best for you and your specific wants and needs? Every individual is unique when it comes to what would be the perfect vacation for them, but most people would agree that a trip to the Mexican coastline could just be the vacation of a lifetime!
